Pravila povrata i reklamacije

Kupac ima pravo na reklamaciju proizvoda u roku od 7 dana od dana primitka narudžbe.

Zamjena proizvoda ili povrat novca moguć je isključivo uz:

• originalno pakiranje,
• nekorišten i neoštećen proizvod,
• priložen račun ili dokaz o kupnji.

Proizvod mora biti vraćen u istom stanju u kojem je zaprimljen, bez znakova korištenja, pranja ili oštećenja.

Nakon zaprimanja i pregleda vraćenog proizvoda, kupac će biti obaviješten o odobrenju zamjene ili povrata novca. Povrat sredstava izvršit će se istim načinom plaćanja kojim je narudžba izvršena, u razumnom roku nakon odobrenja reklamacije.

Troškove povrata proizvoda snosi kupac, osim u slučaju pogrešno poslanog ili neispravnog proizvoda.

Zadržavamo pravo odbiti reklamaciju ukoliko proizvod ne ispunjava navedene uvjete.

Return & Refund Policy

Customers have the right to request a product claim within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Product exchange or refund is possible only if:

• the original packaging is included,
• the product is unused and undamaged,
• proof of purchase or receipt is provided.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received, without any signs of use, washing, or damage.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding the approval of the exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the claim has been approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the wrong or defective product was delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the conditions stated above.
